Professional Membership

As many of you have heard, it is renewal time! This is a reminder of the new process for online renewals, while mailed forms are still the same. You should have received a letter in the mail by November 22.

 

IF YOU ARE PAYING ELECTRONICALLY:

Step 1: login

All renewing members should already have a login. If you cannot remember your credentials or are having difficulty accessing the site, please contact us immediately. After you log in the system will take you to our "info hub" or the members-only section of the website. You can return to the public website by navigating along the left-hand side to the button "main website." You can explore the new site featuring our updated branding:

  • Check out our membership benefits and see how our connections can benefit your business.
  • Learn about the team leading the organization.
  • Check out the resource area to search the Service Member Directory and the Reference Toolbox with extensive regulatory and business information!
  • Check out and register for upcoming events on our calendar.
  • Read about accomplishments from our organization, issues for the industry and all things newsworthy in our In the News section.

Step 2: Complete this form

If you are paying with a credit card or ACH, use this form to make sure your contact profile is complete, including your sales numbers from this past calendar year (2024). This is the only way that we will be sent a notification that a profile has been updated and that you are ready to receive an invoice. If paying electronically, you will receive an email that will allow you to pay via an online link or you may return to your profile after 24 hours to pay via your hub portal.

 

IF YOU ARE PAYING VIA CHECK:

A paper copy has been mailed to the contact mailing address. Please fill out the invoice and submit it with your check. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 12109 Portland, OR 97212.

Service Membership

Step 1: Create your login here

While every Business had a profile on our old system, you will need to recreate a login for our new system. Your old credentials will no longer work as they are not in our system now. A new update is that more than one individual can access the business account and have their own credentials. Once created, these credentials will then be connected to the information we currently have on file for your business. After you log in the system will take you to our "info hub" or the members-only section of the website. You can return to the public website by navigating along the left-hand side to the button "main website" or clicking here. You can explore the new site featuring our updated branding.

Step 2: Pay your dues

Because Service dues are on a rolling year, invoices will be created on the first business day of the month for all those renewing within that month. Once you can log in you can then you pay your dues online or download your invoice to pay by check.
